Production Equipment and Capabilities

We take pride in our works and the equipment we use daily. We regularly invest in technology and purchase new machinery in a continually changing era of manufacturing. These range from multidimensional vertical machining centers to CNC turning lathes complete with a sub-spindle, active live tooling and stacker LNS Servo bar feeds.

Our capacity is 3" in. bar work and 12 in. chuck jobs.
Currently we operate 20 CNC machines 24 hours a day.
15 CNC lathes ranging from 2 axis to live tooling complete with sub-spindle.
5 CNC Vertical Machine Centers. Ranging from 40 X 20 tables to 5th axis and index able table .
